What personal data we collect

When you fill in our quote form, we collect the details you enter: your full name, phone number, email address, postcode, monthly bill range, and property type. When you fill in our business enquiry form, we collect your business name, contact name, phone number, email address, postcode, property type, and approximate annual electricity spend. We also record the page you submitted from and the domain you visited from.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. Google Analytics sets cookies that collect anonymous, aggregated usage data. We do not run advertising cookies on this site. Analytics cookies are only enabled after you give consent through the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Why we use your data and our legal basis

We use the information you submit through our forms to contact you about a home battery or commercial solar survey and quotation. The legal basis for processing this data is your consent, given when you submit the form. We also process anonymous analytics data on the basis of your consent to analytics cookies.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share your data with

When you submit a quote or business enquiry, your details are passed to our MCS-certified installer partners so they can carry out the survey and installation. This sharing happens only with your consent, given when you submit the form. We do not share your data with any other third parties except where required by law.

We use Zapier to transmit form submissions to our internal systems. Zapier processes the data as a processor on our behalf. We do not use your personal data for marketing by third parties.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, so that we can respond to follow-up questions and provide a record of your quotation if requested. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will do so within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 26 months by Google Analytics.
